This is the Beginning of a new year and the Knit Knook is starting if off with a Bang.

We have several programs going on: The Sock Club will continue to meet on the first Wednesday of every month, from 6-8 PM.  We are continuing the Christmas Club this year, also. Members agree to make one item every month, or pay $5 toward a Christmas Party in December.  Come in to sign up.

A new program for this year is the Adopt-A-Native -Elder Christmas Stocking Program. We will be collecting  different items each month, and, in October, will fill stockings.  They will be sent to boys and girls, ages 12-14, on the Navajo Reservation. The items can be handmade or store bought. Please let Diane or Susan know if you can commit to helping out each month, as then we can plan on a certain number of stockings. A class room would be great!  (20 stockings)

January is personal hygiene month, and we will be collecting toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss, soap, deodorant, washcloths, lotion. 

February is hair products, and we will need shampoo, conditioner, hair brushes, combs, barrettes, clips.

The January WINE AND CHEESE will be Jan. 26th. from 5-8 PM.

The February WINE AND CHEESE will be on Feb. 23rd, from 5-8 PM.
